After almost 9 months on the market and a $2 Million pricechop, Lebron’s Coconut Grove home is finally under contract at close to the new $15 Million asking price $13.4M! A well-known Coconut Groveite, Timo Kipp, the owner of Mayfair in the Grove, is purchasing the luxury home in Coconut Grove, according to the “Grove’s know-all” Coconut Grove Grapevine.
Although LeBron purchased the home in Coconut Grove in late 2010 for $9 Million, he is coming out way ahead with a 49% return on his investment (we should all be that lucky). Luxury real estate in Miami and especially in Coconut Grove just keeps skyrocketing in value and should be no surprise to local Groveites with all of the amazing changes on the Grove’s horizon.
